BULYCH

Ella Bulych of Gull Lake, Alberta, formerly of Kelliher, Saskatchewan, passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey, Alberta on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at the age of 89 years.

Ella embraced her family with her love, gifts of kindness, and her caring and sharing spirit. She had a twinkle in her smile - and everything she did, she did gracefully. Ella’s quick wit and her fabulous sense of humour will be greatly missed by all. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, family games, fishing, computer games, and puzzles. Most of all, Ella loved to be surrounded by her family and friends. We will forever remember her in sharing her favourite phrase … “Love you to the moon and back.”

Ella will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her beloved family: her son, Gerry (Adele) Bulych of Regina, Saskatchewan; and her three daughters: Virginia Pestaluky of Winnipeg, Manitoba; Mary Ann Ross of Strathmore, Alberta; and Sandra (Rick) Slemp of Gull Lake, Alberta; as well as ten cherished grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. She will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her siblings: one brother, John (Carol) Dugalo of Oliver, B.C.; and one sister, Olga Bulych of Kelowna, B.C.; in addition to several nieces, nephews, other family members, and many close friends. Ella was predeceased by her parents, Steve and Mary Dugalo; her beloved husband, Mike; her grandson, Stacy; and three sisters: Helen, Pearl, and Anne.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at the St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church, Kelliher, Saskatchewan on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Father Albert Schmitz, Celebrant. Interment followed in the St. Vladimir Cemetery, Kelliher, Saskatchewan.
