Greta K. Eagles of Sylvan Lake, Alberta passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Area Two on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at the age of 81 years.

Greta was a very beautiful woman - inside and out. She was articulate in her tasks, and was always very pleasant and extremely kind to everyone she met. Greta adored her family, especially her grandchildren. Her family loved her very much … and will miss her every day.

Greta will be forever remembered by her two daughters, Ellen Balint of Sylvan Lake; and Rendee Rapuano of Airdrie; as well as her three cherished grandchildren: Mathew, Tyler, and Trenton; and five precious great grandchildren: Brooklyn, Nixon, Haylee, Dakota, and Lyric. Greta was predeceased by her parents, Georg and Ragnhild Torgersen; and her brother, John.

With respect to the wishes of Greta’s family, no formal funeral service was held.
