Mr. Vernon R. Ferguson of Tees, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Northcott Care Centre, Ponoka on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the age of 89 years. Vernon will be remembered and sadly missed by his loving family: daughter, Bette Jo (Ray) Drisdelle of St. Albert; the greatest joy in Vernon’s life, his four granddaughters: Pati Lee Floyd, Monique (Del) Goodwin, Ginette Drisdelle, and Nancy (Davin) Simmonds; and his great grandchildren: John III, Emily, Shaun, Alexa, Luke, Brian, Duncan, and Harrison. John Petersen of Rimbey, Alberta, formerly of Winfield, Alberta, passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Area Three on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 79 years. John will be forever remembered and sadly missed by his loving children: Doug Petersen of Dawson Creek, B.C.; Cheryl Hanch of Edmonton; Kevin Petersen of Spruce Grove; Merv Petersen of Sherwood Park; and Bev Austria of Edmonton. Martin A. Betlamini of Rimbey, Alberta, formerly of Winfield, Alberta, passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Area Three on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the age of 94 years. Martin will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his son, Howard Betlamini of Winfield; his daughter-in-law, Karen Betlamini of Winfield; as well as four cherished grandchildren: Matt, Erika, Jason, and Chrissy; and one great granddaughter, Aubrey; in addition to several nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
