'Lea' Cornelia Cole of Gull Lake, Alberta, formerly of Calgary, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the age of 76 years.

Lea will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her husband and best friend, Phil; and her two daughters, Michele (Wayne) Ruston of Calgary; and Louise (Darrin) Walker also of Calgary; as well as two cherished grandchildren, Randy (Leanne) Ruston; and Dallas (Ryan) Milan; and one treasured great granddaughter, Georgia Ruston. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother, Matt (Lynn) Van Gorp of Calgary; in addition to other relatives and close friends. Lea was predeceased by her parents, Belia and Adrian Van Gorp; and two brothers, Harry and Robert.

The family would like to extend their sincere thank you to the staff at the Rimbey Hospital, Rimbey FCSS, and all of Lea's amazing in-home caregivers.

With respect for Lea's wishes, no formal funeral service was held.
