It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra Brown, of Red Deer, Alberta, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the age of 76 years. Born on May 19, 1950, Sandra touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her warmth, kindness, and love for her family.
As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great–grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Sandra’s gentle spirit, caring heart, and the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
Sandra is lovingly remembered by her husband, Gordon Brown; her son Allen (Michelle) Brown; her daughter Tracy Brown (Bryan Bonnett); as well as her grandchildren Lindsay (Stuart) Vink, Quinn (Naomi) Brown, TJ (Emily) Brown, Gracyn Bonnett, and Luke Bonnett; and her great–grandchildren Levi, Caelum, Nolan, Merryn, Blake, and Elle. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters Shirley Ogilvie and Bev (Ian) Martin; in addition to many other family members and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Chester and Nan Gideon; her father– and mother–in–law, James and Edith Brown; a special cousin Ray Gideon; and her brothers–in–law Martin Ogilvie and Jay Brown.

Sandra found joy in life’s simple moments, and those cherished memories will be shared at a family gathering at a later date. She will be laid to rest alongside her parents in the Bentley Cemetery.
