EATON

We are sad to announce that on Saturday, December 31, 2022, Terri Dawn Eaton of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 58 years, following a lengthy battle with progressive supranuclear palsy.

Terri was born in Trenton, Ontario, and enjoyed working as a hairstylist for 36 years. She worked alongside Arlene Martin, who was her beloved friend and business partner for many years. Terri had a zest for life. She was the kindest, most generous, caring, and loving person to know. Those that knew Terri well, knew that she was the life of the party and was always smiling! Of course she was constantly “company ready” and her famous words, “chop chop” will forever carry a special meaning to her family and friends. Terri will be greatly missed by those who loved her.

“Can I have this dance …

for the rest of my life.”

Terri will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 43 years, Eric “Buster”; and her daughters Melinda (Darryl) Beauregard and Brittany (Murray) King. She was a beloved grandma to Waylon, Wiley, Kaleb, Lacey, and Khloe. Terri is also survived by her parents Troy and Betty-Lou Corrigan; her twin sister Tammi (Ronnie) McBeath; her brother Mike (Julie) Corrigan; in addition to several nieces and nephews; other family members; and many cherished friends.

A Celebration of Terri’s Life was held at a later date. If friends desire, memorial tributes in loving memory of Terri may be made directly to Heart and Stroke Canada, Suite 1200 – 2300 Yonge Street, Box 2414, Toronto, Ontario M4P 1E4 (www.heartandstroke.ca). Thoughts and messages to the family may be shared through the condolence area located at the bottom of this page.
