Donald ‘Don’ J. Hewer of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at the age of 84 years.

Don will be lovingly remembered by his partner and best friend, Judy Perras; three sons: Kerry Hewer, Jamie Hewer, and Bruce Hewer; two daughters, Sandy Baraneck, and Melanie Hewer; and three stepsons: Randy Perras, David Perras, and Hal Perras. He will also be lovingly remembered by two brothers, Cliff Hewer, and David Hewer; his sister, Joan Adams; as well as many other relatives and close friends. Don was predeceased by his parents, Cliff and Gladys; his brother, Lloyd; and his sister, Lorraine Tynan.
