MIIHLBAUER


Otto Albert Miihlbauer of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at his home, with his cherished friend and partner, Lenard by his side, on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the age of 79 years.

Otto was a dedicated farmer who loved working the land and spending time outdoors on the farm, taking great pride in raising red Angus cattle. He was also a dedicated community member who looked forward to Blindman River Community Hall events and suppers that were held throughout the year, where he could enjoy the good company of friends and neighbours.


Otto will be forever remembered and greatly missed by his best friend and partner, Lenard Hancheruk of Rimbey; his very close friend, Dennis Oelhaupl of Bluffton; and his sister, Marie Miihlbauer of Hythe, Alberta. He will also be missed by several other family members, a host of neighbours and acquaintances, as well as many close and treasured friends.


A Graveside Service to Celebrate Otto’s Life was held at the Iola Fairview Cemetery, Bluffton on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Father Les Drewicki officiating.
