With sadness we announce the passing of Celia Helen Jeffery (née Miller) of Leedale, Alberta, affectionately known as “Micki” by her family and friends. She passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the age of 85 years.
Micki is survived by her husband Donald Earl Jeffery; and her five children Russell Anthony Blonski, Donna Gail Cvetinic, Patricia Gwen Wright, Dana Rex Blonski, and Jacqueline Anne Anderson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren Athena, Paulina (Russ), Caitlynne (Donna), Amber, Adam (Patricia), Ryan (Dana), Vincent, Kyle, Kurtis, and Danielle (Jacqueline); one great-grandchild Rowan (Vincent); as well as her sister Esther; and numerous nieces and nephews. Micki was predeceased by her mother and father; her daughter Jerry; two brothers Roy and Harry; and a sister Lorraine.
The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre for their excellent care and many kindnesses.
With respect for Micki’s wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. If desired, memorial donations in her memory may be made directly to a local animal shelter of one’s choice. Thoughts and messages to the family may be shared through the condolence area located at the bottom of this page.
